Carrie has been a top producing, award winning realtor since 1987.  She has established a successful career by building a strong past client and sphere of influence referral base.  Carrie prides herself in her communication skills.  She spends a lot of time talking with her clients to find out their wants and needs.  She gives them options and ideas to help them with their decision making process.  "Buying or Selling a home is usually the largest investment we make which is why it is so important for the client to feel comfortable and confident with their decision," says Carrie.

Carrie's attributes her excellent negotiating to her years of experience.  Putting the deal together is one thing, keeping it together and closing the sale can sometimes be the most challenging.  It's important to remember that price is not everything.  Taking the clients terms and conditions into consideration is extremely important.  There is a lot involved in putting together and closing a successful sale.  Most of Carrie's clients don't find out about any challenges until after they have been resolved.  This ensures a smooth, stress-free transaction for her clients.  This is why all her clients refer her to their friends and family. 

Carrie is a native Californian and has lived in Orange County most of her life.  She is a volunteer advocate with the CASA organization (Court Appointed Special Advocate).  She has advocated for abused, abandoned, and neglected children in the Orange County Social Services System for 11 years.  She was acknowledged as "Volunteer of the Year" in 2004.  She is also active in her church and other community organizations.
